At the moment Silacart delivers within Qatar only. We are working on GCC-wide shipping — join our mailing list and we will let you know the day it goes live.
We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after delivery. Depending on the issue, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution. Returned items should be in their original packaging with all accessories and accompanying items, where applicable. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used products may not be eligible for return, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Qatar alongside debit and credit cards. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier where possible.
